Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement: By scheduling and receiving eyebrow microblading services from Rose Brows, LLC (hereinafter "Provider"), you ("Client") agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Services: Microblading is a semi-permanent cosmetic procedure that involves implanting pigment into the upper layers of the skin to create the appearance of fuller, more defined eyebrows.Provider will use their professional judgment to determine the most suitable eyebrow shape and color for the Client. Client understands that the final result may vary slightly from the initial consultation and design.

3. Client Responsibilities: Client must be at least 18 years old to receive microblading services. Client must disclose all medical conditions, medications, and allergies to Provider. Client must refrain from consuming alcohol or blood-thinning medications (e.g., aspirin, ibuprofen) for 1 day(s) prior to the procedure and the day of. Client must follow all pre- and post-procedure care instructions provided by Provider.

4. Risks and Disclaimers: Microblading is a minimally invasive procedure, and there are potential risks and side effects, including, but are not limited to: Pain, Swelling, Redness, Infection, Asymmetry, Scarring, Allergic reactions. Client acknowledges and understands these potential risks and agrees to assume all risks associated with the procedure. Provider is not responsible for any unforeseen complications or adverse reactions. Results may vary, and there is no guarantee of permanent results. Touch-up appointments may be necessary to maintain desired results.

5. Payment: Payment for services is due in full before the procedure is performed. A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to be paid upon booking.

6. Intellectual Property: All designs and techniques used by Provider are the intellectual property of Provider.

7. Photography and Testimonials: Client may be photographed before, during, and after the procedure for Provider's portfolio and marketing purposes. Client may be asked to provide testimonials.

8. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, USA.

​

9. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations.

10. Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

11. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.

12. Modifications: Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on Provider's website. By scheduling and receiving microblading services, Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
